Insulation Ropes
Fibreglass rope lagging is made with a texturised glass fibre core then finished with a fibreglass yarn braid on
the outside. It is light weight, high in strength and has low thermal conductivity. Fibreglass ropes are used as
an asbestos replacement. Applications include a range of sealing and heat insulation applications.
Available in diameters: 12.00mm to 50.00mm.
Insulation Securement Tape and Wire
Fiberglass filaments are one of the most important construction materials in use. The high-performance Filament tape is weatherproof, non-aging and resistant against many chemicals. It is best used with a hand dispenser and can be removed after application without any residue remaining.
Application: To hold insulation lagging in place prior to Banding with Steel Strapping.
Insulation Fiberglass Cloth, Tape and Rope
At Bellis our fiberglass cloth consist of bulk, chopped fibres or continuous strands of glass. Glass fibres and fiberglass cloth is used for thermal applications. The cloth comes in standard roll size or we can customer cut to me you specific project needs. Call today for an obligation free quote.

ANNEALING:
All steel pins are fully annealed unless
otherwise specified.
BASEPLATE:
Low Carbon Steel, galvanized.
ACCESSORIES:
Self locking washers in a variety of sizes, shapes and materials.
Polyester Mylar Tape
White Bonded Polyester Batt – PYB-050
Used in thermal in acoustic applications for the transport industry. Thermal bonding has a
low melt fiber blended with standard polyester to hold it together. Resin bonded batting is
made from a variety of fibres including polyester, cotton, and wool.
Stainless Steel Anchor Pins
Stainless Steel Lacing/Anchor Pins are designed to maintain their integrity over time at high temperatures, used for insulation blanket installation.Stainless Steel Tie wire is then laced around the hooks to hold the insulation blanket in place.
Product Code: MPP-SS-ANC
Vapour Barriers
Our vapour barrier sheet combines the excellent vapour barrier properties of aluminium foil to the outstanding mechanical, chemical and thermal characteristics of polyester film, thus giving an ideal, flexible and efficient barrier material suitable for outdoor use and when installing Cryogenic insulation systems. Venture Cladd
VentureClad Insulation Jacketing System is zero permeability, multi-layered, reinforced laminate coated with an aggressive cold weather acrylic adhesive with superior resistance to weathering, UV and extreme environmental conditions. Designed for use as a vapor barrier for
insulation cladding and jacketing applications. Available in both flat and embossed as well as without adhesive.
Butyl Rubber Sheeting
Bellis provide quality Butyl Rubber Sheeting made from high quality rubber with high temperature resistance. Rubber made from butyl is a blend of polymers mixed with a isoprene. Butyl Rubber is a very good Cryogenic Expansion Joints. Butyl rubber sheeting has good chemical resistance properties and therefore is widely used in many industrial applications. Butyl Rubber’s most unique property is its impermeability to air, being 70% better than most other rubbers. Call today for pricing!!!
Butyl Adhesives, Butyl Tapes
Butyl Tapes, are used in many applications. The advantage of using butyl rubber in an adhesive format is that it is malleable and impermeable to air and water. It is hard wearing, can be applied to a wide variety of carrier surfaces and is able to be easily applied, thus giving instant results. Butyl Adhesives, are made from Butyl rubber which is a synthetic rubber, a copolymer of isobutylene with isoprene. The abbreviation IIR stands for isobutylene isoprene rubber.
Polyisobutylene, also known as “PIB” or polyisobutene, is the homopolymer of isobutylene, or 2-methyl-1-propene, on which butyl rubber is based.
