New High Temp Frabrics

Bellis Australia stocks a large range of insulation products, covering thermal, cryogenic, acoustic, and electrical insulation.

PTFE Coated Cloth

TEXFILM™ 604 is a nonporous composite consisting of a PTFE-coated fiberglass fabric and a CrossFilm™ barrier, which has been laminated to one side of the fabric. The woven fiberglass fabric was produced using continuous filament, plied, yarns. To the fabric was applied a uniform, durable, PTFE coating. Three high strength plies of PTFE film were laminated to produce the CrossFilm™ barrier. The resulting 0.005 in. (0.13 mm) thick PTFE barrier is durable, flexible, and stress crack resistant. This cost effective expansion joint material has been engineered for moderate duty flue gas service.

PTFE Crossfilm Fabric

CrossFilm™ 2105 Expansion Joint Material is an exceptionally thin, high strength, PTFE laminate that has been targeted for challenging thermo/chemical applications, such as the gas seal requirement in non-metallic flue duct expansion joints. It is made up solely of PTFE, which means the material is, essentially, chemically inert. The product can operate in temperatures as high as 600°F (316°C). The nonporous membrane can be readily fabricated in many shapes using heat sealing techniques. CrossFilm™ 2105, which is available in many colors, can be provided in a conductive/anti-static condition.

Stainless Steel Stocking Mesh

Stainless steel knitted wire mesh is produced by special weaving machines, use stainless steel wire as raw material, knitting monofilament or multifilament wire into a tubular form. Then the wire mesh is flattened to mesh rolls.

Fibreglass Tadpole Tape

High Temperature Fiberglass Tadpole Tape for excellent sealing applications. Tadpole seals have a cover and a core. Cover materials are flexible high-temperature tapes that are pre-sized or slit to accommodate the dimensions of the finished tadpole seal. The cover is sewn with high temperature thread that encapsulates the core resulting in resilient high temperature tadpole gasket tape.

Fibreglass Medium Density Rope

Fibreglass rope is made with a texturised glass fibre is available in round or square braided construction to
achieve higher density and is widely used as a standalone gasketing/packing solution for boilers, industrial
ovens, furnaces, kilns, and in various foundry applications. It is also used as the bulb material in tadpole
gaskets.

Fibreglass Cloth Silicon Coated

This Silicone/fiberglass composite with proven flexible coating technology is engineered for standard insulation
jacketing applications. Successfully used in insulation jacketing applications since 1985. Incorporates proven
INSILFLEX coating technology. Severe temperature and chemical exposure capability, Flame retardant and
easily sewn.

Product Code: TTC081 & TTC083

Fabrics Heatset

Heat Treated (Caramelized) Fiberglass Cloth is a kind of cloth, specially heat-treated to suitable for a specific
application. The normal fiberglass cloth is put into a high temperature stove to burn off the sizing and other
organic elements within the cloth. After the treatment, the cloth color becomes brown. The most important
feature is Smoke free.

Fibreglass Cloth Silicon Coated

This Silicone/fiberglass composite with proven flexible coating technology is engineered for standard insulation
jacketing applications. Successfully used in insulation jacketing applications since 1985. Incorporates proven
INSILFLEX coating technology. Severe temperature and chemical exposure capability, Flame retardant and

Fibreglass Woven Ladder Tape

Fibreglass Ladder tapes are made from texturized fibreglass yarn. This creates a thick and soft woven tape
with excellent thermal properties. Ladder tape is made by removing yarns from the centre of the woven tape,
creating a ladder effect. Our tapes offer a high operating temperature of 550°C and are resistant to most oils,
solvents and chemicals. Our range is extensive, covering thicknesses from 1.5mm to 3.0mm and widths from
25mm to 75mm.

Fiberglass Cloth Loomsate/ LFP

This is the most flexible cloth with a temperature resistance of up to 550oC continuous working temp. Due to its flexibility,
it can be used for curtains, drapes and blankets or any other materials which hang or drape. Non-combustible and has high mechanical strength.

Fibreglass Sleeving

Fibreglass braided heat sleeve is an economical form of hose and cable protection, where exposure to molten splash, oils or moisture is not a factor; it is constructed of high quality a texturised glass fibre. Fiberglass sleeving has a temperature rating of 540°C continuously where the fibreglass will not burn.
